MCC Lampworks Iris Lampwork Bead Necklaces

Each one of these uniquely individual necklaces are made with lampwork beads
lovingly created by Marie-Claude Chapman of MCC Lampworks of Australia.
Marie-Claude is one of those fortunate humans who is able
to transform glass into pure ecstasy of design.
Her beads are true treasures of museum quality ...
gorgeous pieces which can be handed down for generations to come.

The lampwork beads have been kiln-annealed for durability and strength.
The focal drop beads are suspended from a 18" gold or silver-toned chain.
Each necklace is nested in a red embossed gift box.

Marie-Claude is currently producing three types of beads:
One series has a raised 3-D iris design on a glossy surface.
The new series which she calls "watercolors" are frosted,
and have either a raised 3-D design or the iris designs
pressed down into the flat surface of the bead,
giving them a smooth tactile feeling (much like river-washed stones).
